For Our Recipe you will need...1 sachet Schwartz Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix300ml (1/2 pint) semi-skimmed milkDirections...1. Mix sachet contents with milk. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.2. Serve immediately.Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only. Empty sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Mix in milk. Heat on full power for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Stir well and ensure piping hot before serving.Hints & Tips...Delicious served over broccoli or cauliflower. For a creamy cheese pasta gratin, prepare sauce with 450ml milk and 25g butter. Cook 275g pasta according to pack instructions, drain and transfer to an ovenproof dish. Top with grated cheese and crushed corn tortilla chips then place under a medium heat grill until golden.
