For our recipe you will need ...1 sachet Schwartz Chicken Casserole Recipe Mix1 tbs oil1 large onion, sliced2 carrots, peeled and sliced4 skinless chicken breast300ml (1/2 pint) waterDirections ...1. Pre-heat oven to 180 ºC, 350 ºF, Gas Mark 4.2. Heat oil, soften onion and carrots. Add chicken and brown for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a casserole dish.3. Mix sachet contents with water and add to casserole dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.4. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes.Hints & Tips ...Try replacing the onions with sliced leeks. Alternatively replace the onion and carrots with sliced red peppers and a couple of quartered tomatoes.
