History
Only 15km from the ocean, the vineyards are located in Setaºbal near the village of Pegoes. The regions climate is ideal for grape growing due to cooling influences from the Atlantic, providing conditions ideal for ripening, whilst retaining delicate aromas and fresh acidity.

Regional Information
The grapes are processed under anaerobic conditions and the wine is fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures in order to preserve its fresh, vibrant fruit character.
