Preparation and Usage
To cook Mild Chicken Fajitas for 4, simply...
1 Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large frying pan.
2 Cut 500g chicken breast fillet into this strips and fry over a high heat until well browned.
3 Cut 1 pepper and 1 onion into this strips, add to the pan and fry until slightly coloured.
4 Reduce the heat, add sachet contents, stir to coat chicken & vegetables, fry until cooked.
Serve wrapped in warm tortillas, with toppings and side to taste.

Chicken Fajita,
4 Servings
500g chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
1 tbsp butter or oil
1 pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix Mild
8 Santa Maria Plain Flour Soft Tortillas
Toppings: Guacamole and lettuce.
How to prepare: Fry the chicken in a frying pan at high heat until it is golden brown on all sides. Add the pepper and onion and cook until the vegetables have some colour. Turn down the heat to medium and add Fajita Seasoning mix. Stir so that the seasoning is evenly distributed. Let the fajita simmer for around two minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve the Fajita in warm tortilla bread with lettuce and toppings.
