History: Julia exists, she is real. She is the only daughter of José Zuccardi, current director of Familia Zuccardi. Created in her honor, she represents our commitment to achieve the highest quality levels by sustainable practices that contribute to the protection of the environment and to beuseful to the community that surrounds us.
Regional information: 950 - 1400 mts above sea level. The annual average temperature is 14 °C (57 °F); The combination of high elevation, alluvial soils, irrigation sourced from the Andes Mountains, a long growing season with over 250 sunny days a year, little rain and vast temperature differences between day and night are all conducive to growing quality wine grapes.
Vinification: Classic fermentation with a cold pre-fermentation during 5 days with selected yeast between 25-27º C.. In first, second and third use French oak barrels for 10 months separately before the final blend.
