Each bottle of Sambucol contains up to 1000 Black Elderberries and is free from artificial flavours.

Recommended Daily Dose:
Children 1-6 years 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Children 7-12 years; 10ml (12 teaspoon) daily.
Increased dose for extra support:
Children 1-6 years 5ml (1 teaspoon) twice daily. Children 7-12 years; 10ml (12 teaspoon) twice daily.
