Cooking instructions: Hob
During cooking: Allow 75g of rice per person. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan and stir. During cooking: Return to medium heat and boil for 28-30 minutes. After cooking: Drain well and serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
