Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Hob

To heat on the hob. Shake well before opening. Empty contents into a saucepan. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Alternatively serve cold straight from the can. Moderate heat 3-4 mins

 

Cooking instructions: Microwave

Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. Before cooking: Shake well before opening. Empty contents of can into a microwavable dish and cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All appliances vary. This is a guide only.
