How to defrost Remove the chocolate sauce and leave to defrost, at the same time remove the profiteroles from all packaging. Place on a serving plate and leave to defrost at room temperature for 1 hour or in a refrigerator for 2 hours. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
