Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Dried Orange (35%), Cinnamon Stick, Cardamom Pods, Dried Cranberries (12%), Ginger, Cloves, Pimento, Star Anise.

 


Preparation and Safety

Serving suggestion

Serves: 6 small glasses.

Preperation time: 15 minutes.

Pour a 75cl bottle of red wine into a saucepan  (we recommend Taste the Difference Chilean Maipo Merlot). Add the spice blend and 3 tablespoons of sugar and simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes. Strain out spices and serve warm.
