The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in Chile's Maipo Valley. Here, warm dry days are followed by cool nights: perfect for Merlot, which needs long, slow ripening to develop its full silky succulence. This wine's fruity and toasty flavours bring out the best in strong hard cheese and roasted red meats.
