4 Medium potatoes

Just Grab

1 sachet of garlic and herb wedges mix.
2 tbsp olive oil
4 medium potatoes, unpeeled and cut into wedges

 

 

Cooking instructions: Oven

Before cooking: Pre-heat a large roasting tray in the oven at 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6. During cooking: Cut the potatoes into wedges, put into a bowl and coat with oil. Sprinkle over seasoning and toss to coat evenly. Spread wedges onto the pre-heated roasting tray and cook for 45 mins, until crispy and cooked through, turning half-way through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
