Cooking instructions: Poach

To poach. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and place the fish mix in a saucepan. Add enough semi skimmed milk to cover. During cooking: Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 mins. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To poach. Moderate heat. 5 mins.
