Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Hob

To cook on the hob. Before cooking: No need to soak. Rinse thoroughly before cooking. Place 100g of peas into a large saucepan with 500ml cold water. During cooking: Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, simmer for 35 minutes. To cook on the hob 45 mins. Drain: Rinse and use as required. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
