Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Hob

The day before: Rinse thoroughly. Soak 100g of beans in 500ml cold water for 12 hours or overnight. Before cooking: Drain the beans and rinse. Place in a saucepan with 500ml cold water. During cooking: Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 45 minutes. To cook on the hob 55 mins. Drain: Drain and rinse thoroughly. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Do not eat uncooked. This product should be soaked overnight, placed in fresh water and boiled rapidly for at least 10 minutes, including before slow cooking.
