Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:Fortified British Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Palm Oil, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (7%), Raising Agents: Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Glucono-delta-lactone, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate; Rapeseed Oil.

Preparation and Safety

This mix will make 12 cupcakes or the sponge base for a 7'' chocolate cake. Follow below to make perfect cupcakes.
 
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ 350°F/ Gas Mark 4.
Place 12 cupcake cases into a muffin tin.
Empty the cake mix into a large bowl and add 2 medium eggs and 8tbsp (120ml) water.
Using an electric whisk, whisk on a medium speed for 2 mins.
Divide the mixture evenly between the cupcake cases.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes, until risen and cooked through. 
Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transfering to a wire rack.
Once the cakes are completely cool, be creative with your own icing and decorations.
