Cooking instructions: Microwave

Microwave from chilled but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Oven cook from chilled Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, add 2 tbsps of water to the rice and stir both compartments. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot.
