Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Oven

Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap fish in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place parcel on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Oven cook. 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. 15 mins After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the fish. During cooking: Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Moderate heat. 10 minutes.
