Our Curing Kit isn't just a great looking gift, but it also offers a unique hands-on experience for them to remember, and impress their friends and family with their newly found culinary skills. Our Kit includes everything you need to cure your own bacon at home. Home-curing has been a popular trend over the last year or so, giving you the ability to make proper dry-cured bacon in the comfort of your own home. Although it sounds complicated, it really isn't! The process is so simple, and only takes 7 steps. The whole process takes 7 days and your Kit comes with an easy to read instructions booklet for you to follow. DOES NOT CONTAIN PORK

This is an ambient product so it should be stored in a cool, dry place. 

Preparation and Usage
1. Rub on Cure 2. Fridge four days 3. Wash off 4. Hang in the mulsin provided in the fridge for three days 5. Slice cook and eat. All of our Curing Kits include an easy-to-read instruction booklet. The process takes 7 days in total, which includes rubbing in the curing mixes and leaving the cures to marinate into the bacon. We suggest frying the bacon as you would normally, however you are welcome to grill the bacon.
