Regional Information
The vineyards in this region are made up of tiny parcels nestling in sun-filled valleys, from the terraces of Chteau de Pau to the spectacular Pyrenees mountain range. The sandy clay soils of Barn are rich in round pebbles, gives the dry white wines their strength and character

Vinification Details
Hand harvested from terraced vineyards, the grapes are then gently pressed and fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months before bottling
