Preparation and Usage
I'm Impossible to Cook WrongPour me into a steamy pan of boiling water. In just 12 mins, I'll be firm yet tender. Then simply drain in a fine sieve just like pasta or rice.Want me cold? Cook me, cool me, then pop me in the fridge. But always devour me within 3 days. I'm particularly great in salads.

Instructions
Boil - From Ambient. Cooking quinoa is just as simple as rice. Boil in a pan of water for 12 minutes, then drain in a fine sieve for an al dente result.

Quinola Stuffed Mushrooms 6 large Portobello mushrooms 250g white quinoa 50g sun-dried tomatoes in oil chopped 2 tbsp tomato paste Handful of chopped parsley 120g feta cheese crumbled 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to season Preheat an oven to 200 Ëšc. Place the mushrooms on a roasting tray and drizzle with olive oil, set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mix, drizzle with more oil and bake for 30 minutes.
