3 Eggs + 50g butter + 90ml water or vegan alternatives for the eggs and butter

Method
1 Preheat your oven to 200C/ 180C fan/ gas mark 6 and line a 20 cm square tin with baking paper.
2 Melt the butter and chocolate pieces in the microwave (900W for 1 min) and stir until smooth.
3 In a mixing bowl gently whisk the eggs and water (if using).
4 Add the melted butter and chocolate to the eggs and water (if using) and gently stir with a spatula until combined.
5 Add the brownie mix and stir until just combined.
6 Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. If your tray has different dimensions please adjust the baking time accordingly.
7 Cool completely before slicing. Tip: For a boost of crunchiness you can add nuts to your brownie.
