Domaine Jacques Carillon was formed in 2012, when brothers Jacques and François took control of separate halves of Domaine Louis Carillon – an estate that dates back to 1692. Jacques remains true to the traditional style of the original winery, as evidenced by the lively Puligny Montrachet. This 2020 vintage has a sweet citrus bouquet with notes of oyster shell minerality. Its palate is a balance of bright fresh fruit with plenty of length.
