Vinification Details
Prophecy Malbec's grapes were harvested from the famous Mendoza region in Argentina. The grapes are hand picked, destemmed, and crushed. The juice is pumped over the skins to extract flavour and colour. The wine is in contact with skins from 15-20 days. Oak is imparted through French and American oak chips and staves.
