24 hours in the fridge. Keep 3 days in the freezer. Keep frozen below -18°C until the date indicated on the pack. Do not refreeze after defrosting. 

Preparation and Usage

COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING

Oven: Preheat the oven to 210°C. Remove the film and the cardboard base. Place the pizza on a tray lined with baking paper. Leave for 15 min at room temperature and place it in the oven on middle shelf. Reheat for the indicated amount of time. 

Fan oven: 10 min - Traditional oven: 14 min
