Preparation and Usage

Oven: Heat the oven to 180C (gas mark 6). Place the chicken cordon bleu on a suitable plate

and reheat on the middle shelf for the indicated amount of time, turning half-way through:

- Traditional oven: 30 min - Fan oven: 25 min


Frying pan: Place the chicken cordon bleu in a hot frying pan with a little fat. Reheat them for

16 minutes on medium heat, turning them regularly. Before serving, place them on absorbent kitchen

roll to remove any excess fat.
