Preparation and Usage
Shopping List400g king prawns or 400g paneer1 Fry the king prawns or diced paneer for 3 Mins in a little oil until sealed.2 Add the sauce and simmer for 12 Mins until the prawns or paneer are cooked through.Try adding a handful of peppers whilst simmering the sauce.

Instructions
Hob - Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan.- Add 400g king prawns* and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 3 mins).- Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.*Alternatively, use chicken, mixed vegetables, lamb or beef. Adjust simmer time accordingly
