Shopping List4 Chicken breasts or a butternut squashEasy Balti for 41 Fry diced chicken breasts or a peeled butternut squash for 5 mins in a little oil until sealed.2. Add the sauce and simmer for 15 mins until the chicken or vegetables are cooked throughTry adding a handful of diced courgettes whilst simmering the sauce.

Instructions
Hob - Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan.- Add 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts* and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins).- Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.*Alternatively, use chicken, mixed vegetables, lamb or beef. Adjust simmer time accordingly
