To Make Chili Con Carne
Just add...
500g minced beef
400g canned chopped tomatoes
1 onion
400g drained canned Kidney beans
Serves 3-4 Amigos
20 Mins
1 Chop the onion in small dices. In a large sauce pan, cook the minced beef and the onions in a little oil on a medium-high heat until the meat turns brown, stirring continuously. Drain off the excess liquid.
2 Sprinkle over the seasoning mix and pour in the canned chopped tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 12 minutes over a low-medium heat.
3 Add the kidney beans to the chili con carne. give a good stir and simmer for additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately on the table.
