THREE STAGES TO HYDRATION DRINK ORS Drop, dissolve and drink one O.R.S Sport tablet in 500ml of normal drinking water. RESTORE ELECTROLYTES A small low-calorie (8.4 kcal) but precise dose of glucose allows the body restore electrolyte balance quickly. ABSORB WATER The restoration of electrolyte balance then allows the body to rapidly absorb fluid into the bloodstream and transport it around the body. ORS allows your body to absorb water almost as soon as you drink it using a scientific process called osmosis. The perfectly balanced mix of electrolytes combined with just a small amount of glucose (8.4 kcal), quickly restores electrolyte balance and creates an osmotic gradient that allows water to flood into your bloodstream. Ingredients: Dextrose Monohydrate (Glucose Syrup); Citric Acid; Acidity Regulator [Sodium Bicarbonate]; Magnesium Carbonate; Potassium Chloride; Sodium Chloride; Anti-Caking Agent (Maize Starch); Natural Orange Flavouring (Maltodextrin, Dextrin, Flavouring Preparations, Natural Flavouring Substances); Sweetener (Sucralose); Colour (Beetroot Juice Concentrate); Cholecalciferol (Sucrose, Acacia, Corn Starch, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin D3, DL-Alpha-Tocopherol); Riboflavin.

Directions:

To maintain the body's fluid level, prepare a solution of 1 tablet per 500ml water. Drink 500ml before, during and after exercise. Maximum dosage 2 tablets per day. Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet. Do not store above 25 Degrees Celsius and protect from heat and moisture. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Keep the tube tightly closed. Do not use after the best before date (see base).
