· Vitamin A to help support normal skin and the maintenance of healthy vision.· Vitamin D to help support healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin D also supports a healthy immune system.· Iron for the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Iron can also help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
· Iodine to support the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
Natures Aid Multivitamin and Mineral with Iron is also free from common allergens including gluten, yeast, dairy and nuts. We can also assure you that it contains no GMO.
Because this product is in a softgel capsule however, it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, if following a plant based or vegetarian diet, you may wish to consider instead our Complete Multivitamin and Mineral tablets.
