I stuff all sorts with this magic little mix. Roast meats being the obvious one. But it's lovely on a bit of fish, or even a veggie bake if the mood takes.

Preparation and Usage
All cookers and pans are different so these instructions are just a guide really, love.Also very nice:I sometimes make a stuffing loaf by filling a big, greased baking dish with the prepared stuffing. Just slice into portions and serve.My stuffing mix is lovely as a topping for meat or vegetable bakes and gratins.It even makes a nice, herby crumb coating for chicken or turkey goujons.I like that word 'goujons'.

Recipes
Stuffing BallsMakes approx 10 balls.You'll need to add:45ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil, 300ml (1/2 pint) hot water.1. Pre-heat the oven to 190 ºC / 170 ºC (fan) / 375 ºF / Gas Mark 5.2. Empty the stuffing mix into a bowl, add the vegetable oil and hot water and mix together with a fork.3. Divide the mix into 10 and shape into balls - slightly wet hands will help if the mixture is sticky.4. Bake the stuffing balls on a greased tray for 20 minutes in a preheated oven, until fully cooked and piping hot.
