Preparation and Usage
I'm brilliant for lapping up thick, smooth- sauces thanks to my extra ridged (rigate) shape. Try pairing me with Mr organic Arrabbiata pasta sauce and cherry tomatoes for a true Italian delicacy!
Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Add pasta to a pan of well-salted boiling water. Cook for 10-11 minutes until perfectly al dente.
Top Tip!
For added creaminess and flavour, drain a little of the pasta water into your sauce at the end of cooking.
