Regional information: New Zealand is one of the world's hotspots for the production of Sauvignon Blanc, with warm, sunny summers and cool winters providing the perfect setting for fresh, aromatic and intensely fruity styles.
Vinification: After being picked, crushed and de-stemmed the Sauvignon Blanc grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at carefully controlled temperatures in order to retain the fresh fruit flavours.
