Regional information: The region of Rias Baixas benefits from a warm micro-climate despite the Atlantic influence. The well ventilated south west facing slopes and considerable sun exposure combine to produce a perfect balance of acidity and aromatic intensity in the wine.

Vinification: Grapes are hand picked, crushed and destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit flavours.
