Preparation and Usage
For Miso SoupSimply stir 1tbsp of miso paste per serving into 180ml of hot water or dashi (Japanese stock). Add spring onions & tofu.

Recipe Ideas1. Mix equal amounts of miso & soft unsalted butter with chopped chives, for a tasty topping for toast or potatoes2. Mix 1 tbsp. of miso with olive oil & lemon juice for a zesty salad dressing or fish marinade
