Our Glorious Grains have been simply cooked with water and a dash of olive oil. Add them to salads and stir fries for a delicious, nutty flavour.

Preparation and Usage
Simple to prepareSqueeze the pouch to loosen the grains. For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy them cold.A recipe for changeFor a hearty, simple and filling plant-based broth, sweat your favourite veggies in a pan then bring to the boil with veg stock and chopped herbs of your choice. Stir through the Glorious Grains to give texture and body. Enjoy!

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. To eat cold: Serve straight from pack.; Hob - From Ambient. Bring half a pan of water to the boil and place the pouch unopened in the boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then tear open and serve.; Microwave - From Ambient. Tear open by 1cm and heat using the guidelines below.Microwave GuidelinesWatts: 900, Time (sec): 40Watts: 750, Time (sec): 60*Watts: 500, Time (sec): 120Leave pouch for 30 seconds then shake well before opening away from yourself to avoid steam.
