Preparation and Usage
Simple to prepareSqueeze the pouch to loosen the grains.For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy them cold.A recipe for changeFor a quick and simple plant-based lentil burger, mix Beluga lentils, finely chopped spring onions and a grated carrot with cumin seeds, gram flour, chilli flakes, turmeric and olive oil. Season to taste. Work together to make patties, then fry them on both sides in olive oil. Place a pattie on a burger bun and add your favourite garnish. Enjoy!

Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Bring half a pan of water to the boil and place the pouch unopened in the boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then cut open and serve.; Microwave - From Ambient. Lay the unopened pack on its side and heat using the guidelines below.Watts 900, Time (secs) 40.Watts 750, Time (secs) 60*.Watts 500, Time (secs) 120.Leave pouch for 30 seconds then shake well before opening away from yourself to avoid steam.

Recipe Idea: For a quick and easy plant-based lentil burger, simply mix Beluga lentils and grated spring onion and carrot with cumin seeds, gram flour, chili flakes, turmeric and olive oil then season to taste. Work the ingredients together in your hands to make patties, then fry them on both sides in olive oil.
