Our rapeseed is sustainably grown on our family farm to LEAF Marque standards, we use the highest quality seeds from our farm, as well as other local LEAF Marque farmers.The seeds are gently cold pressed to produce a pure oil, rich in Omega 3 and only half the saturated fat of olive oil.* Our oil is then slowly smoked for 48 hours over oak wood chips, this traditional method dates back over centuries, using the skills and expertise only experience can deliver.
