Fruit was carefully sourced from the cooler region of the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

Current Vintage
2018

Vinification Details
The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Fermentation followed with inoculation using selected yeast strains. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures and lasted for 2 weeks. Once the fermentation was complete, the wine was filtered and bottled to ensure the freshness of the wine.
