For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0C to +5C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Preparation and Usage
Stir Fry Meal Suggestion
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add these noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
Instructions
Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins
Cook on high (100%). Pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Stir after cooking. Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.
