For Best Before End, see side of pack. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. To ensure freshness, peel off sticker provided and use to reseal pack after opening.
Preparation and Usage
Break the perforations around the box, and slide the lid off
Use the indented line inside the lid to measure out a 50g portion of rice
Cooking instructions
Serves 1
1 Rinse 50g of rice in cold water.
2 Add the rice to a pan of boiling water.
3 Stir, reduce the heat then cover and simmer for 10-12 mins.
4 Drain well, then serve.
Do not reheat.
Top Tip
Enhance the fragrance of the rice by adding a lime leaf during cooking.
Instructions
Boil - From Ambient. 10 Mins
Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in running cold water.
Place rice in a large saucepan. Cover with boiling water and return to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 mins, or until tender. Drain and serve immediately. Thai rice is typically soft and slightly sticky.
Do not reheat.
