Cooking Instructions
Serving Size: 50g of rice per serving
1. Place the 50g rice in a sieve and rinse well with cold running water.
2. Put the rice in a pan and cover with 80ml of cold water.
3. Swirl pan to distribute rice evenly and place pan on hob.
4. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to a low heat and cover.
5. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed.
6. Remove from the heat, fluff up the rice and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Do not reheat

Boil - From Ambient. 20 mins
Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well with cold running water. Put the rice in a pan and cover with 100ml of cold water. Swirl pan to distribute rice evenly and place pan on hob. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to the minimum and cover. Simmer for 15 mins or until the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat, uff up the rice and let it sit for 5 mins. Do not reheat.

Rice for Sushi or a Poke Bowl
Serves 4

Ingredients
- 200g Sushi Rice
- 320ml Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Caster Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt

Hob Method
1. Cook the rice following the cooking instructions, use 200g rice with 260ml water.
2. Mix together the rice wine vinegar, caster sugar and salt.
3. Add to the cooked rice and stir.
The rice is now ready to use for your favourite recipe.
