M&S Sumatran Arinagata Coffee BeansCoffee cherries are pulped and fermented overnight before being washed and part dried in the sun. To finish, the coffee is hulled then fully dried, resulting in a rich, deep blue-green colour unique to Indonesian coffees. With dark fruits, dark chocolate and warm spice with a sweet honey finish, these 100% Arabica coffee beans are medium in strength.The Arinagata Cooperative in Northern Sumatra works with 1200 smallholders in 40 villages around Takengon and Lake Laut Tawar to create this exceptional coffee.Fairtrade provides a better deal for producers in developing countries, creating opportunities for farmers and workers to improve their lives, their communities and protect their environment.

Preparation and Usage
ServingGrind fresh for the best flavour - medium for cafetiere, fine for filter and extra fine for espresso.For the perfect cafetiere.For best results use 6g of coffee per 100g of water or:1 - Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person.2 - Pour on freshly boiled water (a cup per person).3 - Stir, wait 3-5 mins and plunge.Adjust according to taste.
