Preparation and Usage
Baker's TipIdeal to use in your bread maker! Add the ingredients to the bread maker and follow manufacturers instructions.

Flavoursome Wholemeal Loaf700g LoafBake a delicious wholemeal loaf and make homemade sandwiches or dip in comforting soups.500g Strong Wholemeal Flour25ml Olive Oil1 tbsp Sugar1 Sachet Fast Action Dried Yeast1.5 tsp Salt350ml Warm WaterOven 230°C / Fan 210°C / Gas 81. Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.2. Gradually mix in the water and olive oil to form a soft dough.3. Knead well on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes, until dough become smooth and elastic.4. Add dough to bowl and cover with a clean, damp towel for an hour, until dough has doubled in size.5. Tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 minutes. 6. Place in a greased 1 1/2/2lb loaf tin, cover loosely with a damp tea towel and leave in a warn place for about half an hour and pre-heat oven.7. Uncover and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove loaf from tin and allow to cool.
