Preparation and Usage
Stir Fry Meal Suggestion:
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add these noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins
900W 1 min, 30 secs
Cook on high (100%). Pierce film.
Allow to stand for 30 secs.
Mix well and serve.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 2-3 mins
Heat 15ml oil in a pan or wok until hot. Remove film. Empty noodles into pan and stir fry.
