These mini meringues are perfect for decorating large homemade cakes or having alongside fresh fruit and cream as an after-dinner treat. 16 per pack.

Preparation and Usage
Cook's TipSandwich with cream & berries for a sweet treat.

Recipes
Whip 40g of M& S west country double cream and gently fold through 40g M& S summer fruits compote. Using a teaspoon, spoon the mixture on to the flat surface of a mini meringue and sandwich to the flat surface of a second mini meringue. Repeat until all mini meringues are sandwiches together.Decant a tub of cream into a pretty bowl. Hull a punnet of sweet strawberries and place these in another bowl, sprinkling over 2 tsps sugar and 2 tsps balsamic vinegar. Allow guests to help themselves to spoonfuls of steeped strawberries, cream and mini meringues.
