M& S Green Thai Curry Sauce
A medium spiced Thai-style curry sauce made with coconut cream, green peppers, creamed coconut, lemongrass, lime leaves and chilli. Pan-fry with diced chicken and vegetables and simmer gently till cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with fluffy rice. Serves 2.

For Best Before End (BBE), see lid. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and eat within 3 days.

Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 13-16 minsHeat 15ml of oil in a pan. Once hot, add 280g of diced chicken, pan fry for 5-6 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Add greens beans, baby corn and the jar of sauce. Simmer gently for 8-10 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander.
