Cooking Instructions
1. Rinse rice in cold water.
2. Bring a pan of seasoned water to the boil.
3. Add the rice to the pan, stir and then return to the boil.
4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, drain well.
6. Turn off the heat, return the rice to the pan.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and place the pan on the turned off hob.
8. Leave to steam for 10 minutes, then serve. Do not reheat.
Tips: Add a bay leaf and whole cardamom while boiling to enhance the aromatic flavour.
Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in cold running water.

Place rice in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Add salt, stir and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 min or until rice is tender. Remove from heat, cover and stand for 5 min. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve.
Do not reheat.
