Uses

How to use
Open the wrapper and fold the ultra pad out so it is flat.
Peel the pad off the wrapper and the paper (the back of the pad will feel sticky).
Position the ultra pad in your underwear.
Remove the tab which covers the wings, to expose the sticky area, and fold these wings around and underneath your underwear to help keep the pad in place.
